Sometimes their ad in Real Estate and Pets appears in searches and other times, just ads that were posted more than 2 days ago are appearing in searching and pretty no recent ads auto populate. The Dev Team has confirmed that they are having an outage in the search filters and are working to have this issue resolved. We will update the community, once the search results issue has been resolved in our Kijiji Community Connect Forum.
I can’t see my new ads and no new ads have been posted in my region for hours.

I can’t see my new ad either, I think I might find a different site to buy and sell, I’m finding kijiji has become complicated to use

I also posted my ad like 3 times, including using an incognito tab; all 3 times, got email with full ad details but when I try to get to it, it takes me to a generic listing page like I am search on Kijiji.
(I am in Canada).
The same thing happened to me yesterday now I’m waiting for kijiji to tell me I posted my ad to many times and it’s against the rules, 
I haven’t been reading to many positive things regarding kijiji on here, everyone has complaints and no one at kijiji to answer, ask the community?
Same here. The search hasn’t loaded new ads for almost a day
Well don’t bother reposting I want to see new ads and I can only see 24hr old ones so I doubt that will help
I’m in Montreal and can’t see new ads to shop . I see 24 hr old ads
I guess I might have to finally make a Facebook account after all of these years of avoiding it.

My ad was paid for and is active but it’s not showing up in any search it’s been hours ???
With everything like these posts going on, taint no one be buying or selling

I have paid for my service listing yesterday. That listing still shows inactive and asking me to pay.

I reviewed your account and can confirm that the ad was user-deleted. Because the ad was deleted, it is no longer active.

I have 3 ads that show as Active in my Ads, but neither I nobody can see it.
Here are the details:
- Category : ( Puppy to rehome , for sale )
- Location : ( Alberta, Canada )
- Promotion purchased : ( Top Ad )
My friends search in the same city and use the keywords from my kjiji account.
Can a staff member please look into my account and why people cannot see my ads?
