Showing no ads, can’t repost or see the ads today 
I could see my ads and repost earlier but can’t now
I am also not able to see my ads. This just happened in the past day. Can’t find any solution to it
I’m sorry for the My Ads issue, we experienced a site maintenance that caused the inability of users accessing their My Ads section. This issue has been resolved, you should not be able to access the My Ads section and view your active ads.
Help me , please! I haven’t been able to post my ads for 2 weeks. Does anyone know what the reason is?

@Kijiji_User11 — I have gone ahead and manually opted you back into our emails on our end. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders, as automated notifications from Kijiji can sometimes land there by mistake

Can you help me? All my lists are gone for no reason. I can’t find any of my lists under active, inactive, or even expired.
When I tap your link, takes me to log in page with one of my email pre populated in the box grayed out. I know that’s not the email I used for
Only option I have is to set up new account with one of my email addresse
I had to repost all my ads. I couldn’t find a way to retrieve the previously posted ads.

Unfortunately Kelly, we had a small outage due to a site update which caused our user community being unable to manage their active ads. You’ll be pleased to hear the issue was resolved this morning, so you will be able to access your ads in the My Ads section.
Still unable to work, I can’t checkout &post my ad.

I posted my ad today, but I didn’t receive a single view all day, which I find unusual because I usually get many. And seems like I’m not the only one.

The complaints seem to be more active than the ads now
Me too, paying for four ads, only one coming up in search results. Another question for the kijiji moderators - how do I contact customer support about it directly?

I posted five ads yesterday evening and I still cannot see them listed anywhere. In “My Ads,” they are indicated as “Active,” yet I can’t find them when I do a search in the listings. It’s been a few years since I last posted on Kijiji, but I don’t recall ever experiencing this situation. I followed the automated help, but without success. I’m at a complete loss of how to fix this issue.
