I have paid for an ad, but I do not see my ad anywhere. The completion of the order is in my space. I only see two inactive ads that I previously worked on, but when I click to activate, it is asking me to pay again. What do I need to do? Is there customer service to handle it?

I paid for an ad and was sent a link in email to edit it and it was live, the link is broken, the ad is not up, its been 3 days

I verified and can confirm that your ad is live and correctly being promoted at the top of the category :
For the Top Ad feature, a 2nd copy of your ad is created and shows in the Top Ad section located at the top of the category’s pages. However, if there are more than 5 ads in the category that also have the Top Ad Feature, the ads will rotate evenly each time the page is refreshed to ensure equal visibility. Please note however that this feature does not effect where your original ad is in the category pages

I checked your account and can confirm that your ad is currently live and active.
Please note that if you edit your listing, it may temporarily move to an inactive status while it’s reviewed by our moderation team to ensure it continues to comply with our policies. Once the review is complete, it will automatically become active again if no issues are found.
