My ads keep deleting and unable to see my ads?
I’m very sorry to hear that your ad was removed! I’m pretty sure this isn’t what you thought would happen, so let’s get it back up on the site so you can sell your items.
I’ve taken a look, and it seems your ad was deleted from Kijiji by accident. I’ve since reactivated it and I’ve taken the liberty to bump your ad back up to the top of the first page. It’s now live on our website!

I had posted an ad which apparently broke Kijiji policy with regards to selling tickets to a show that I could not attend… within 60 minutes of posting the ad and 30 minutes of being charged $11.99 for highlighting that post for 30 days, the ad was taken down and I am without $11.99 !!!
How do I get my refund?

I can confirm that your ad has not been removed—it is currently on hold because it does not meet Kijiji’s ticket resale policy.
To list event tickets on Kijiji in Ontario, your ad must include an image clearly showing the face value of the ticket. Once you’ve updated your ad to comply with the policy, it can be reviewed for approval.

Once you add the required image, your ad will be reviewed and approved if it meets our posting guidelines.
The tickets have not been issued yet that’s why it is all done online currently until I receive them however, in my second picture, there is a breakdown of the cost of the tickets…
They would absolutely 100% reflect on the cost of the tickets!!!
From this point, what else do I need to do? I would just pull the ad if I have to, and I’ll get a hold of my bank for a refund, unless you have other options for me, but as I said, the actual prices I paid for those tickets, two tickets $189 and change in the second picture itemized !!!

I am going to pull the ad because this is way too difficult to navigate plus, I don’t have tickets in hand… I have information and details on hand with regards to ticket prices and seats but tickets will not be delivered to me until the very latest August 17 so there’s no use in me posting this and it costing me $12 to upgrade it !!!
Let me know what I should do from this point on and I would take my refund back since I won’t be using or can’t be using Kijiji without an image of my tickets that I likely won’t be receiving till mid August !!!

hopefully, I could add more details to the ad, including switching the main picture, but it’s not letting me do anything…I’m sure in my header I should put ~ CTC, Kanata Ontario.
If you wouldn’t mind looking into that for me, that would be great !!!
I know in the details it does have CTC Kanata, Ontario and the date time, etc. but the header is important as well!

Your ad is live, and you should be able to edit the title, description, and change the main photo yourself.

If you’re receiving an error when trying to edit your ad, please reply with a screenshot of the error message so I can better understand what’s happening and help you troubleshoot.
i’ve tried rearranging the photos from the second photo to the first photo and as well changed the heading and added CTC Kanata, Ontario
This is what I got back …
I had to relist my listing and pay another 9.95+ tax to be able to add to the listing for description and change the pictures! I should be able to get reimbursed the original fee if not this one ?!?!?

Hello, I got an email advice today that my ad #1739523062 Inflatable Boat has been removed. I listed this item during the summer and have had it posted for 2 to 3 years already without issue. Can you tell me the reason for removal? Or, reinstate this ad please.

Anyone can help here? My lists are all gone for no reason. I can’t find any of my lists under active, inactive even expired.
I’m facing the same issues. I must have uploaded my ad 5-6 times, but it keeps disappearing.
I’m not sure if it’s a technical issue with Kijiji or if there’s something wrong with my Ad.
I’m unable to even promote my ad.
Unfortunately the reason the ads are being deleted upon posting is due to you have been identified as a High Volume Real Estate Professional that has been posting your real estate ads under Private to avoid paying listing fees.
So therefore to be able to post on Kijiji, you must identify yourself as a Real Estate Professional and pay the required listing fee per posting.
I even wanted to promote the ad. But the moment I go to my ad to promote it, it keeps disappearing. So how do I promote my ad?
