I don’t think there is anymore contact kijiji, instead it’s ask the community 
I tried to repost my listing now. It no longer appears at all, not even as Inactive.
I just went into CHAT as I am having the same problems as everyone else here. Here is their answer. First of all they have a new system called “BEST MATCH” so they basically decide where to put your item. They use sort of look for a code word…yech. Then when looking for your items go to the area where you think it is .. mine are in Pro Audio (I hope).. then near the top there is a dropdown menu.. typically the menu is set to “Best Match” … change the sort to MOST RECENT". That will allow you to see that category in date order. That being said … everyone that is looking in that category is stilling items in “BEST MATCH” unless they know to change the dropdown to “MOST RECENT” Doesn’t help the sellers much. Everyone needs to complain in order to get things changed back to reasonableness.
How does this explain if i deleted an ad on Friday it’s still on my profile 2days later

Posted 7 ads for Movie Posters. All 7 show up under my ads. but only 2 if I look at my profile.
Support team please look into this.

Thanks Gayle. I’ll give “Most Recent” a try and cross my fingers. Two of my items now show easily, but possibly only because they’ve had many more views than the other three I posted. Managed to sell one item today. Not so intuitive this site.
I chose “most recent," but it still shows the latest update as 2 days ago. There are no new ads at all, including mine. Where are the customer support representatives?! This is frustrating… customer service before was so much better.

Thank you for your patience Kijiji Community Members, I have been discussing with the Development Team as more and more users are encountering the same issue. Sometimes their ad in Real Estate and Pets appears in searches and other times, just ads that were posted more than 2 days ago are appearing in searching and pretty no recent ads auto populate. The Dev Team has confirmed that they are having an outage in the search filters and are working to have this issue resolved. We will update the community, once the search results issue has been resolved in our Kijiji Community Connect Forum.

I posted an ad in dogs rehoming, paid my fee, yet cannot be found. Will I be refunded my money as obviously your site is taking money but not providing the service. Please advise.

We are really really sorry for the inconvenience Jennifer, our Dev Team are hard at work on having the indexing issue resolved. Management has informed us that we can remove the ad and provide you with a full refund and you can repost once the indexing issue has been resolved, which should be sometime today.
Now we will also be offering free promotional features such as a 7 Day Top Ad feature if you decide to wait it out until the issue gets resolved and maintaining your posting. So you can reach out back to me, if you would like us to remove the ad and fully refund it.
Hey dear how are you doing today
I am having an issue with listings disappearing/not publishing. I receive the “Your listing is now live” confirmation email, but the listing does not appear under My Listings or in Kijiji search. This happened with multiple new listings yesterday and again with a test listing this morning. I also edited one of my previously active listings yesterday and immediately after editing it disappeared, dropping my active listings from 14 to 13. I have received no removal, moderation, or policy violation emails. The issue occurs in both the Kijiji app and website.
I am paying for four rental ads, none are repeats. But after more than 12 hours, still only one is coming up in search results. And the other three are not being seen by anyone, as evidenced by their 1-2 view counts, compared to the visible ad, which is showing 36 views. I specifically posted on Saturday morning to get more views on the weekend, as I have experienced in the past. Timely assistance from kijiji staff would be much appreciated. I am posting this request for assistance here, because I have not been able to figure out how to contact kijiji customer support directly.
