I can not post a new ad as I could in the past? The system simply refuses to accept my input answers to the details of my new ad post. Has something gone wrong at Kijiji servers?

After I put the description and click Enter, half the screen begins to be light grey and impossible to click the next step for ad placement. The lower portion of display not grey colour added and there appear Quick post with an AI advertisement appears (not clickable). Wasted so much time investigating and couldn’t fix it. What to do ? need help
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues posting with us Leo, from what you are describing, it seems that you are encountering a pop up during the posting process.
So therefore please click on the X within the advertisement pop up and that will remove it and allow you to proceed with the posting.

same I deleted old ads to bring current and change,waited a few and reposted,got the auto mail ad is live,no removed messaged yet not showing in my ads under any status

I’ve taken a look, and it seems your ad was deleted from Kijiji by accident. I’ve since reactivated it and I’ve taken the liberty to bump your ad back up to the top of the first page. It’s now live on our website!

Thank you for your patience, I have been discussing with the Development Team as more and more users are encountering the same issue. Sometimes their ad in Real Estate and Pets appears in searches and other times, just ads that were posted more than 2 days ago are appearing in searching and pretty no recent ads auto populate. The Dev Team has confirmed that they are having an outage in the search filters and are working to have this issue resolved. We will update the community, once the search results issue has been resolved in our Kijiji Community Connect Forum.

Title: Deleted ads hanging and blocking new posts from going live
Hello,
I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with deleting and posting my ads. When I delete an old ad, it doesn’t seem to be fully removed from the system — it “hangs” and lingers in the background. This is preventing my new ads from becoming live.
Key details:
- This issue has occurred in the past
- My deleted ads don’t appear to be completely deleted from the system
- As a result, new ads I post don’t go live
- I’ve already tried the basic troubleshooting steps (clearing cache/cookies, using different browsers, etc.)
Could a moderator please look into my account and check for any stuck/hanging listings that may be blocking my new posts? I’d appreciate any assistance in clearing these up so I can post new ads again.

I am also experiencing this issue now. But for me, my add shows active but it just not showing up and no views. And I can see my old add still there but it shows deleted. I hope it will get fixed soon.
I found this in the Trending section 
I have the same problem. I deleted an ad and tried to post an an abbreviated version of the same item. The old ad is still coming up in a search, but clicking on it takes you to the category it was in, but obviously the ad is gone. I received an email saying that the new ad is live, but it can’t be found in a search as a potential buyer.

I have reviewed the ad history, the ad was placed on hold due to compliance with Ontario’s ticket resale regulations, including the Ticket Sales Act framework (commonly referred to as “Bill 94 – Putting Fans First Act”).
Ontario Compliance Requirements
All ticket resales in Ontario must follow these rules:

Tickets may not be resold above their original face value

The total resale price must not exceed the original purchase price, including fees and taxes

Sellers must not make any profit from ticket resales

Listings must include a clear image showing the original purchase price
However after the ad was placed on hold, the ad was User Deleted on your end, it was not deleted by us at all. I have reinstated the ad back to its original hold. So to reactivate the ad while on hold, please proceed to the edit ad section, upload a screenshot of the face value receipt that you paid for the tickets initially and that will remove the ad from it’s hold.
