If your ticket listing isn’t appearing, one of the most common reasons is that it’s been placed on hold because it doesn’t include a clear image showing the original face value (purchase price) of the ticket.

For ticket listings in Ontario, this image is required as part of Kijiji’s Ticket Resale Policy. Once it’s added to your ad, it can be reviewed again by our moderation team.

Please contact me. I have paid for promotions on my ad. My ad shows active, but it does not come up in any searches.

Now I have ran a general search under the Real Estate-House For Sale category in Saskatoon and I can assure you, the ad does come up near the top of the second page in every search.

I was also able to locate your ad, and I can confirm that it is live and visible on Kijiji.

When searching for your listing, please make sure you’re searching in the correct city as ads will only appear within the selected search area.
