I have been a Kijiji member for over 16 years (individual account, not restricted). For about 1 month (since early August), over 500 of my listings have disappeared from my account — they do not appear in “Active,” “Inactive,” or “Sold.” Only one of my listings remains.
My listings were free ads, spread across almost all categories, and I have received no emails (neither renewal nor removal notices) regarding this.
Could you please check my account to understand what happened and see if these listings can be recovered from a backup? I have little time left before the 60-day purge.

Thank you for reaching out about your 500 missing ads.
I checked the account registered to stylzboyz@hotmail.fr
There are 44 active ads and 21 user deleted ads.
There is no sign of more ads than this being posted in the last 6 months.
Is it possible you have more than one Kijiji account? You may have posted the ads on a different account.
The other option is that all of your other ads have expired and been removed from the system.
If this is the case you should be able to find copies of your missing ads in the Posting Confirmation Emails sent every time you post an ad.
Kijiji does not keep the photos or description of ads after they have been deleted.
While we do not keep copies of Ads after they have been deleted from our system Kijiji sends a copy of every Ad posted to your email account.
It is in the body of the Posting Confirmation Email.
As long as you have not deleted your old emails and you have not changed the email address on your Kijiji account you can find these emails by searching in your email account.
Please use the following phrases to search for Kijiji in emails:
“Your Kijiji Ad”
If you have deleted these emails or lost access to the account then Kijiji will not be able to help you.
All may not be lost however - Google regularly catalogues our website and keeps copies of old ads. It will not contain the entire copy of your ad but it may be enough for your purposes.
I suggest you search for your ad title as closely as you remember.
If you cannot find the ad on google then it is truly gone.
