Cant change location on posted ad

I posted an ad and checked it in listings where I discovered the location link given on the ad is about 120 km off. How do I change this on a paid ad?

Now in regards to a mailing address change, unfortunately we are unable to do so, as we do not have the tools to do so. So what I can do for you, if you provide me with the Ad Id, I can delete the posting and fully refund the ad, so you can repost the ad under the correct category. Please let me know if you would like for me to go ahead with that?

It is a real estate ad so location will make a difference so yes it would be much appreciated if you could remove it.

Unfortunately Nandini, the only way to change an active ad’s mailing address is to delete the ad and repost the ad with the updated mailing address. I understand that you have some paid listings with us already Nandini, so what I can offer you is a prorated refund if the ad is deleted, so you can repost again.

If this is agreeable for you, please reply back to me with the Ad ID of the posting and I can proceed with the ad deletion and prorated refund.

I am requesting a refund for a rental/commercial ad that I cancelled because it was posted under the wrong city.

The original ad was mistakenly posted in Calgary, AB, but the property is located in North Battleford, SK. Since I could not correct the city on the existing ad, I cancelled it and created a new ad with the correct location.

Here are the details of the cancelled order:

The original ad was cancelled only because the location was incorrect, and I have already paid to post a replacement ad with the correct city.

@Rob I am experiencing the same issue with my ad. I need to change the location, even though I bought a promotional tool.

Hello @Rob, I am looking to have the postal code and neighbourhood changed in the settings of the ad. I am currently running an ad in the right city but the wrong neighbourhood and I wish to change the postal code in order to pop up in the correct location search.

Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know. Now I do see the ad was posted more than 24 hours ago, so what we can do is delete the ad and provide you with a prorated refund of the amount of $91.15, so you can repost. Please let me know if you would like for me to go ahead with that?
