Thank you for your question about moving the location of your ad closer to where your address is.
It is a common misunderstanding that the location of your ad determines how the ad shows up in user searches.
In reality, it is the address on your ad which determines if the ad shows up or not.
For example - if you have an address in London and then set the location to Toronto - for people who are searching just Toronto - they will never see your ad because the address is in London.
A Location is basically a group of postal codes which form a relatively arbitrary region.
This can result in your ad being put into a location which is not actually close to your address.
This does not matter because most users search by distance.
If someone does not want to travel more than 5k they are not going to see ads from outside of that distance no matter what your location says.
The best way to change how your ad is being viewed is to post another copy with a postal code that lives inside the location you want to target.
You can do this in the create ad page - when you enter the postal code check what locations show up after you accept it. You can change postal codes as often as you want before you post the ad.
Once you find one in your desired location you can then go on to finish posting your ad.

Thank you for your response. I tried correcting it but it is disabled and not able to change it. It’s showing near Surrey Canada but the actual address is far from the map location which impacts when people search for other near by locations. Is there any team that can help to edit the ad? Or enable it for me to fix it?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the address on a realestate ad.
Your current address matches the information in the Ads description - so we cannot refund the ad.
If you want to change the address you will need to repost the ad from scratch.
No, it’s not. My description says it’s in downtown Surrey, whereas the map is showing the location of Whalley which is multiple kilometers apart. Anyone looking for rentals checks for the location to see the all nearby places. Here platform is simply pointing to very remote place where the walk score is 3. My place walk score is close to 8.5 as per other platforms. This is very bad experience and we are being asked to pay again and again for the platform errors. Solution suggested is just an another way of asking to pay more.
