How do I sell my concert tickets and race bib? I keep getting an error but no instructions on how to correct

Unfortunately the ad is currently being held due to s of late April 2026, Ontario law restricts the resale of tickets for concerts, sports events, and other live events.

Kijiji supports compliance with Ontario’s ticket resale regulations, including the Ticket Sales Act framework (commonly referred to as “Bill 94 – Putting Fans First Act”).

Ontario Compliance Requirements

All ticket resales in Ontario must follow these rules:

  • Tickets may not be resold above their original face value
  • The total resale price must not exceed the original purchase price, including fees and taxes
  • Sellers must not make any profit from ticket resales
  • Listings must include a clear image showing the original purchase price

So if you can please upload a screenshot of the face value receipt of what you paid for your tickets within the posting and that will reactivate the posting.

I really appreciate your support. I’m also struggling to list my AC/DC concert tickets (I’ve attached photos as well).

The receipts that you provided me in this reply is exactly what you need to upload for your currently held tickets posting or any future ticket resale posting. So as I mentioned in the previous email, if you can please upload the face value receipt of what you paid for the tickets in the ad posting through the edit ad option and that will release the hold on the ad for you.

That is what I’ve been attempting but get this error for the bin transfer and AC/DC tickets.

The reason you were unable to upload the receipt for your AC/DC tickets is due to the ad was User Deleted on your end on August 7th. So I have gone ahead and reinstated the posting and placed it on hold again. Can you try to edit the ad and upload the screenshots of the receipts?

It seems that every time you attempt to edit your posting, you do end up deleting your own postings, that’s why you are encountering the very same error messages. So what I am going to do, I am going to refund both postings and you’ll receive a refund of the amount of $22.48, so you can repost the ad with the required information.

Hi I am still waiting from someone from Kijiji or the community to tell me how to sell the AC/DC tickets. I’ve followed instructions, I’ve copied live posts to be the same structure and content but still get error message
