Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.
Reset Your Password
- Click Sign In at the top of the page.
- Select Forgot your password?
- Follow the on-screen instructions to request a password reset email.
- Open the email and click the password reset link.
- Create and confirm your new password.
Important Information
- Password reset links are valid for 15 minutes.
- If your reset link expires, simply submit a new password reset request.
- For security reasons, password reset links can only be used once.
Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders.
- Ensure emails from @kijiji.ca are not blocked by your email provider.
- Add Kijiji to your safe sender list.
- Check any firewall, security, or filtering settings that may prevent emails from being delivered.
