How to Promote Your Listing on Kijiji (Get More Views)

Want more visibility for your ad? Applying Kijiji features to promote your listing can help increase exposure and attract more potential buyers.

On Kijiji.ca (Web)

  1. Sign in to your Kijiji account.
  2. Click the Navigation Menu (profile icon, person icon, or Kijiji “K” icon).
  3. Select My Ads.
  4. Find the listing you want to promote and click Promote.
  5. Browse available promotion options, review pricing, and select a feature by clicking the + (plus) button.
  6. Click Checkout when you’re ready.

Checkout Process (Web)

  1. Enter your billing address and click Save and Proceed.
  2. Review your order summary, including total cost, under Your Order.
  3. Enter your payment details (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, or American Express).
  4. Click Pay Now to complete your purchase.

Your promotion will be activated once payment is processed.

On the Kijiji App

  1. Open the app and tap Listings at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the listing you want to promote.
  3. Tap the three dots (⋯) and select Promote listing.
  4. Choose your promotion features and duration (where applicable).
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Review your order and make changes if needed.
  7. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
  8. Confirm billing details and payment method.
  9. Tap Pay to complete your purchase.

Important Notes

  • Some promotion features are available in durations of 3, 7, or 30 days. Pricing will update based on your selection.
  • All payments are securely processed by Adyen. Kijiji does not store credit card information.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, and American Express.
