My Ad Was Deleted — Will My Fees Be Refunded?

Fees paid for listings, features, or upgrades on Kijiji are non-refundable.

This applies whether:

  • Your ad was removed for violating Kijiji Posting Policies;

  • You chose to delete the ad yourself; or

  • The listing is no longer active after a paid feature has been applied.

Why Wasn’t My Fee Refunded?

When purchasing a listing feature or upgrade, the fee is applied at the time of purchase. In accordance with Kijiji’s Terms of Use, these fees are generally non-refundable, even if the associated ad is later removed or deleted.

Where Can I View My Payments?

You can view your payment history, orders, and any applicable refunds through My Orders on Kijiji.ca.

To access your order history:

  1. Sign in to your Kijiji account on Kijiji.ca.

  2. Select your profile menu.

  3. Click My Orders.

Please note that My Orders is currently available on web.

Are Any Fees Refundable?

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees paid for listings, upgrades, and promotional features are non-refundable.
