I posted an ad and get email notifications. In app I get nothing, on the website it shows nothing. I can read the email notification but i am not able to respond.

Ads posted in the Jobs category only receive replies by email, not through Kijiji Messages. This is why you won’t see the conversations in the app or on the website.
To reply to applicants, you’ll need to open the notification emails you receive and respond to them directly, just as you would with any regular email.
This is intended as a safety measure and also helps employers better screen potential applicants by allowing them to see the applicant’s email address.

There is no indication in the website or app, only an email notification in my gmail. When i respond to the email from the sender I get the message mentioned before. Your guide does not address this. Also, i cant reply to your message as there is a limit to one a day for support? what is that?
