For a long period of time, I’m unable to get any messages from interested buyers when I post items for sale. Even if I post “free”, I’m not getting responses. Can you tell me if something was blocked on my account and this is why I’m unable to receive messages? Or is there another issue? Thank you.
I am sorry to hear you have not received any recent replies Holly. I have reviewed your Kijiji account and I can assure you, the account is in good standing, so there aren’t restrictions that would prevent you from receiving replies to any of your active postings.
