Not receiving confirmation emails and posting date not showing in My Ads

I’m having two issues with my Kijiji account and hoping a staff member can help:

  1. No confirmation emails – When I post an ad, I’m not receiving any confirmation emails. I’ve checked my spam folder and made sure @kijiji.ca and noreply@notifications.kijiji.ca are not blocked.

  2. Posting date not showing – In the My Ads section, the original posting date is not displayed for my ads, so I can’t confirm when they were first posted.

I’ve checked my notification settings in Account Settings and the boxes for email notifications are enabled. I’m still not receiving anything.

Can someone from Kijiji please look into this for me? Let me know if you need any additional information from my account.
