I can not update my pictures through the app or website. I can still message and other features I just can’t update my pictures.

There is an issue uploading or adding images using a web browser and desktop on the Kijiji website. I’ve been using Kijiji for years and not had this issue. When you try an add an image on a new listing or update an existing listing it just spins and times out and the image doesn’t get uploaded. This is true when using the desktop and across multiple different web browsers. It’s possible that Kijiji is trying to promote the Kijiji app (which doesn’t have the issue) and doesn’t care to support desktop users anymore. There’s definitely something broken on the back end that has nothing to do with the size or format of the pictures. It’s been like this for at least a month. Would be nice if they fixed it.

At this time, we do not have any reported issues affecting image uploads on the Kijiji website. I also verified this on my end and was able to successfully upload images using Google Chrome on a desktop browser.
Please make sure the images you’re uploading meet our supported requirements, as incompatible file types, dimensions, or heavily compressed images can cause upload issues.

Try using Firefox? I’m telling you it’s still happening. Sometimes it’ll take the image and upload it right away and then it can’t upload anything after that. Usually it just can’t take anything, no error or anything just nothing. If you click on an image slot and try uploading that way, it’ll just spin forever. Running Windows 11 and a all updated software. The fact that it’ll take the image randomly tells me it’s not the format. I don’t know why but this started a little while back. Never had the issue for years before that. I’ll give Google Chrome a try. Thanks.
Just tested with Chrome again, same exact behaviour as Firefox! Either nothing when you hit the upload button (where you can upload multiple images at once) or endless spinning when you hit an image slot to try and upload that way. Something strange is going on. Format is correct. Has the same issue even when trying to upload images that were previously uploaded!

I have a simular issue, it wont let me change the catogory, as soon as I start to change it your system thinks Im writting a new ad and wont let me change it.
For any category change William, it can only be done directly through us. So if you would like the ad to be moved to another category, please reply back to me with the Ad ID and the category you would like the ad to be moved to?
