I have sold an item. The buyer sent me a message and I responded. Then he sent me a 2nd message and has resent it multiple times. I have responded each time but he does not seem to be getting my replies.
I have cleared the browser cash.
I do not have a business account.
Is there a way to correct this issue? Thank you.
