People are reaching out to me regarding a few of my ads for a few apartment s for rent. These are paid ads. I notice that I receive these people’s messages only on my email address. They don’t get delivered to my Kijiji message box. This is a problem. Now I sense Kijiji is not at all reliable. If this is not fixed right away, I will post my ads elsewhere.
And before you ask, I am sure I logged in to my Kijiji account -I only have one.
I am sorry for the confusion regarding messages and replies to your Real Estate Rental postings Tayeb.
Now the reason you are receiving replies through the email reply only is due to the account is registered as a Professional Business Real Estate account. So therefore, all Kijiji Real Estate Business accounts communications are done strictly through the email reply option, for that reason, the email replies arrive unmasked, so you are able to provide the client the proper paperwork without the worry of the emails being masked.
The Kijiji Chat Messaging tool is currently only available for Private Account users that post their privately owned property.
