I’ve taken a look, and it seems your ad was deleted from Kijiji by accident. I’ve since reactivated it and I’ve taken the liberty to bump your ad back up to the top of the first page. It’s now live on our website!

Hi Rob,

Thanks for getting back to me and reactivated my poster.

Now the location is wrong because it shows “Orleans” but should be “Gloucester”.

This is misleading my tenants so please make necessary changes.

Unfortunately Mohamed, we are unable to edit an active ad’s mailing address/postal code once an ad is active, we just do not have the tools to do so. However what I can do, I can cancel the posting and fully refund the ad, so you can repost with the updated mailing address. Please let me know if you would like for us to go ahead?

Thank you for getting back to me Mohamed, I can confirm with you, the ad has been deleted and the full amount of $177.35 was refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to fully reflect.
