I dont seem to see a message box on my ad

Here are some common reasons why you might not see a message box on your ad:
You’re viewing your own ad — Kijiji does not allow you to send a message to your own listing, so the message button won’t appear.
The ad is expired or removed — If the ad is no longer active, the message option will disappear (this seems not be your case).
Browser or cache issues — Try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, or try a different browser or the Kijiji app.
The category — Some professional or business listings (like Jobs or certain business accounts) use direct email instead of Kijiji’s message system.
The conversation has aged out — Messages are stored for 60 days, and after that replies may no longer be possible.
