Review from a person I didn’t buy from her

Hi, I’ve been in Kijiji for 20 y and I kept my reviews for 5 stars. Recently one seller cited me 1 . I didn’t buy from her. We discussed in messages and then I’ve changed my mind. What to do to delete her review?

As you receive more positive reviews, the negative review will matter less and less.

I don’t agree with your answer nor the kijiji policy on this - and i’m not even the original user who asked.

The review should be removed if someone is deliberately “review bombing” as they call it.

There is zero reason for allowing this behavior on your platform, it is not tolerated anywhere else. amz, mkplce, lespaq, craigs all have serious consequences for review bombing someone else - especially if you never decided to buy from the person in the first place.

You are allowed to avoid “crazy” or “scams” if that is how it appears in the conversations - why be punished for not setting yourself up??

while i’m not the orignal poster - can we request this policy to be reviewed? I have multiple old age kijiji accounts including for business since day one. these actions cannot be allowed and I do not feel comfortable anymore if this is in fact going to continue (for anyone, as it puts us all at risk as sellers)

I don’t have a problem if I did wrong but I didn’t buy from her and she just ruined my reviews of 20 years! It’s not fair and Kijiji must review its policies.
