I am trying to obtain historical information about an old listing from my Kijiji account. I still have the original confirmation email from Kijiji showing that the listing went live on February 4, 2026.
The listing is no longer available under “My Ads,” and the original listing link is no longer accessible. I also cannot locate an expiry notification for this listing.
Could you please help me confirm:
The Ad ID;
The expiry or removal date;
The period during which the listing remained active and publicly accessible on Kijiji;
If available, whether Kijiji can provide any archived record showing the publication and expiry dates.
I need this information for documentation related to an immigration matter. I can provide the original Kijiji confirmation email and any listing details privately if required.
Unfortunately Binbin, Kijiji only keeps records and archives of previously deleted or expired ads for a maximum of 60 days from the date the ads were removed from active postings. I am sorry to say any ad postings that ran and were deleted or time expired more than 60 days ago, have completely been purged from our database.

Could you please confirm what the standard listing duration/expiry period was for this type of Kijiji listing at that time? For example, if the listing was not manually deleted or removed early, how long would it normally have remained active before automatically expiring?
This information would be very helpful for my documentation.
Unfortunately since the ad information has been purged from our system, we are unable to bring up the ad at all. So I can’t confirm if the ad manually user deleted on your end, or if the ad expired on its own or if the ad was deleted by us directly. Again this is due to the ad history and information has been completely wiped from our database.
