Reporting an Intellectual Property Violation

If you are an official representative of a company and the registered owner of patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, and you believe that a Kijiji listing infringes on your rights, please follow these steps:

  1. **Download the Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) form

  1. Fill out the form with all required information.
  2. Attach and submit the completed form to our Moderators with message: “Kijiji VeRo Notice & TakeDown Program Request”

Important: Kijiji reserves the right to share the completed NOCI form, in accordance with applicable law, with the user who originally posted the potentially infringing listing.
