Aside from reporting each item individually, how can I report a individual who is constantly selling counterfeit items on kijiji?

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the ad page.

  3. Under the Listed By section, click Report Ad.

  4. Select the reason that best matches your concern.

  5. Add any relevant details in the Tell us more field.

  6. Submit your report.

What Happens After I Report an Ad?

When a report is submitted, it is reviewed by Kijiji’s Trust & Safety team.

Our review process may include information that is not publicly visible, such as account history, listing history, and technical data. As a result, an ad that appears suspicious may not necessarily violate Kijiji policies, while some policy violations may not be immediately visible to users.

If a violation is confirmed, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with Kijiji’s policies.
