I am trying to place a second ad for some car parts and it won’t let me unless I upgrade to a paid ad why is this happening?
Thanks for reaching out to us today. Unfortunately Cindy, as of August 19th, 2025, due to Market Conditions, we have updated our Parts and Tires and Vehicle Accessories. We are only allowing up to one free Parts and Tires listing per household for Private Owners, so therefore to post a second Parts and Tires ad, it will require a Listing Fee.
I just removed my existing ad and it won’t let me post even one parts ad. Can’t reach anyone at kijji as I habe wrote many times.
Now that you have removed your one free active Auto Parts and Tires ad, you should now be able to post your new free Auto Parts and Tires ad. Just make sure you select the Basic Option when posting and you will be able to post your free ad.
What do you mean about picking basic. I always just fill in the info skip by the payment for a ad and ask it to post. Just tried again and it will not post. Can you assist.
