When you purchase Top Ad:

Your listing continues to appear in its normal position within search results and category listings.

A second copy of your listing becomes eligible to appear in the dedicated Top Ad section at the top of relevant search results pages.
Because your listing can appear in two locations, Top Ad can help increase visibility and attract additional views.
Where do Top Ads appear?
Top Ads appear in a dedicated section located near the top of search results pages.
A Top Ad will only appear when the listing matches the buyer’s search intent.
This means that your ad may not appear in the Top Ad section for every search, even while the feature is active.
How many Top Ads are shown at once?
The Top Ad section displays up to six listings at a time.
If more than six eligible Top Ads match a buyer’s search, listings are rotated as pages are loaded to help provide visibility opportunities across participating ads.
Does Top Ad move my ad to the top of search results?
No.
Top Ad does not change the position of your listing within the regular search results.
Your original listing continues to appear according to Kijiji’s standard listing order.
The feature works by displaying an additional copy of your ad in the Top Ad section when it matches a buyer’s search.

Why can’t I see my Top Ad?
There are several reasons why your Top Ad may not appear at a given moment:

This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your purchase.
Does my regular ad continue to move down the listings?
Yes.
While your Top Ad feature is active, your original listing continues to follow the normal listing order and may move lower over time as new ads are posted.
Can I view all Top Ads?
Yes.
Select the See All link within the Top Ad section to browse all eligible Top Ads for that category.
