I am sorry to hear the ad posted with the incorrect mailing address Jim. Unfortunately we are unable to edit or manage an active ad’s postal code or mailing address, we just do not have the tools to do so. So what I have done instead, I have removed the ad and provided you with a full refund of the $6.72, so you can repost the ad with the updated mailing address.

One last request/question I have Rob is I posted 2 ads the second being me trying to put the ad in the proper location as I thought the issue was done on my end, but yet that ad was posted incorrectly as well.
If you could help me resolving that one as well I’d appreciate it.
