I no longer receive emails about purchase requests or sales registration confirmations

My Kijiji Account Not Receiving Emails or Notifications from Kijiji

My email address was temporarily disabled and then reactivated, but I am still not receiving Kijiji notifications.

Now can you provide me further details regarding the issue? Are you referring to the Saved Search alerts? or are you referring to general notifications such as message notifications?

I don’t receive message notifications even tough my email has been re-activated and working properly
It seems that Kijiji has put me on an automatic refusal since it was impossible to send me messages when my email was out of service

It is most likely your email client may be blocking our Kijiji email domains due to high email filters. To avoid any future disruptions, please be sure to add these two common Kijiji emails to your safelist: Donot-reply@kijiji.ca and post@kijiji.ca, as well as the domain *@rts.kijiji.ca

The problem does not come from my email provider but from Kijiji
I am receiving your messages on my reactivated email
But Kijiji does not notify me of answers to my posts, nor the confirmations when I post’
Yesterday I confirmed on Kijiji that I had made a sale with somebody on kijiji …..usually when I do that I receive a notification to evaluate the buyer but not this time
I think that since kijiji notifications were blocked during the rupture of my email , it has been automatically registered as non valid address
Please reiniate all my parameters on my account

is it possible for me to change my email on my kijiji account
if yes how do I do that

Once you sign in to your account, click on “My Kijiji” followed by “Account Settings”. Enter your new email address, and click on “Save changes” near the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will be sent to both your new and old email address.
Once you confirm the change through your new email, the account will change over. Easy peasy! Not only will any future ads include this updated email address, but the email address on any current ads you have on Kijiji will be updated as well.
