So I finally have the chance to give a review for a customer, and assume he received the invite as well, but when I went to follow the link, this is what appeared (I will upload the screenshot below):
How do I get to the review page?
I am really sorry for the confusion regarding the User Review Tool Robyn. Unfortunately the User Review feature has been down for the last 60 days due to a server migration. Our Development Team is working hard to have the User Review feature resolved. We will update the community through the Kijiji Community Connect forum, once the issue has been resolved.
So do we just not have any opportunity to give or receive any reviews until that is resolved?
Yes that is correct Robyn.
Will someone respond on this thread once it is resolved?
As I mentioned in a previous message, that once the User Review issue has been resolved, we are going to publish it in our Kijiji Community Connect Forum to let the whole community know.
We are unable to reply directly to you, due to we have received hundreds of inquiries regarding the inability to leave a user review, so if we reply to you, we would have to reply to every user that contacted us about this issue. So it’ll be easier for us and the community, that we will just publish the resolution in the Kijiji Community Connect Forum Topics.
