Need to Reset Your Password?

For your security and privacy, our moderators cannot change your password for you. Managing your account credentials must be done directly by you.

Here is how you can easily reset or update your password:

Option 1: Use the Direct Link

Go straight to the Kijiji Forgot Password Page, enter your registered email address, and click Send email.

Option 2: Reset from the Homepage

  1. Click Sign In in the top right corner of the homepage.

  2. Click the blue Forgot your password? link.

  3. Enter your registered email address to request a reset link.

  4. Open the email from Kijiji and click the link to create your new password.

:warning: Note: For security reasons, password reset links are only valid for 15 minutes. If your link expires, simply request a new one.

Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Didn’t receive the email? Check your Spam or Junk folders. To ensure delivery, add noreply@kijiji.ca to your safe senders list and make sure your firewall isn’t blocking the domain.

  • Already logged in? If you know your current password and just want to update it, go to your Account Settings while logged in and update it from there.
