How to Hide or Report Sponsored Ads
Sponsored ads displayed on Kijiji may be provided by third-party advertising partners, such as Google. These ads are personalized based on factors like your search activity, browsing behaviour, and interactions across websites and services that participate in advertising networks.
If you see a sponsored ad that is irrelevant, inappropriate, or otherwise unwanted, you can manage it directly from the advertisement.
To Hide or Report a Sponsored Ad
- Locate the sponsored ad.
- Tap or click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the ad.
- Select either:
- Hide ad to stop seeing that advertisement, or
- Report ad if you believe the ad violates advertising policies.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
Please note that ad preferences and reporting options are managed by the advertising provider. Kijiji is unable to manually remove or modify individual sponsored ads displayed through third-party advertising networks.
