How to change category of my posted ad with pre-paid promotion?

Hi Kijiji Community,

I want to change my AD to a different category with remaining promotion time, not sure who can help me with this?
My AD ID: 1742231599
I want to change from Roofing (current category) to Lawn, Tree Maintenance & Eavestrough.

Unfortunately Daniel, we are unable to change the ad’s category due to the Premium Visibility that was purchased is directly tied to the category the ad was posted under. So I am sorry to say, what we can do, we can delete the ad and provide you with a prorated refund of $134.37, so you can repost the ad under the desired category. Please let me know if you would like for me to go ahead?
