I am writing to request a refund. My listing number is 1744354801.
I had posted an ad for my dog, who was 8 months old and an American Bully. After paying the $78 fee, I received a message the next day stating that my ad had been removed because the dog’s breed is not permitted in Canada.
I have reviewed the ad deletion Kabongo and I can assure you, the Listing Fee along with the Paid Features that were purchased were fully refunded. However the amount of the charge and refund was $72.26, so please allow up to three business days for the refund to fully reflect.

I still have not received my refund
I’m sorry to hear you are not seeing refund back to your credit card. I have reviewed our transaction history and yes I can absolutely confirm, the full amount of $72.26 was refunded on October 4th, 2026 to the Mastercard ending in 4449. So I recommend contacting the credit card’s financial institution to see why the refund has not been applied to the credit card as of yet.
