I’ve taken a look, and it seems your ad was deleted from Kijiji by accident. I’ve since reactivated it and I’ve taken the liberty to bump your ad back up to the top of the first page. It’s now live on our website!

My paid ad was removed in two days. Please get it back

While you might think that your ad won’t have sufficient exposure, I’m happy to tell you otherwise. A lot of Kijiji users use the keyword search function rather than going straight to the category itself. Right away, it filters out all of the other ads that it would be sharing space with. Of course, they can still search by category as well if they so choose. Furthermore, if a user is inclined to travel to your area to find an item, they will include your city or even the whole province in their search. This gives your ad all kinds of exposure!

I paid for and posted only one ad for Australian Shepherd Puppies in Dogs & Puppies for sale on Sep 10 (not advertised anywhere else). Received email confirmation ad is now “live”. Two days later I saw it had been removed but no emails stating so. Please reinstate the ad as we are a long time standing member of kijiji.ca and timing is critical. Thank you

As mentioned in the previous reply, the ad is being deleted by our Duplicate Filters due to a Multiple User account violation, there are currently two alternate accounts that you currently do have active pets for rehoming ads. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Pets For Rehoming Policy, we do not allow multiple user account pet postings in a household to prevent a possible Pet Mill situation. So to be able to post your ad under this account, please delete your two alternate accounts and only then can we reinstate the deleted ad.
Thank you for replying. Sorry, I did not realize Egg Layers were considered pets but livestock section lists it in pets as the choice. I have since deleted ALL my ads not even related including farm machinery, eggs, house plants, and the one ad for kittens, etc but I do not see any place where I can actually delete my account?? With ALL my free ads now deleted by me, are you now able to reinstate my paid puppy ad on the account in issue, that kijiji removed? Thank you

What happened Rob? It’s gone again??!! You said my ad is back live, I saw it but now when I check a couple hours later it’s gone!! I did as you asked, I have NO other ads AT ALL on any accounts. As I mentioned previously, I did not see any place where I could also delete my account. Besides, why did you delete my paid for ad and not the free ads instead?? Please reinstate my ad as promised. Thank you
