I have gone through all recommended steps, and am at my end. I am unable to post my ad for cleaning services, I am not even able to get to a checkout page to put in card info. I have tried to remove all vpn, take out any possible things causing restriction. I have tried on a new Kijiji account, and a old account. On a browser and a phone. I don’t know what else to do, I have spent hours just to loose my work, and figure this out. I would love some help seeing if my account has been flagged or has any background issues I cannot fix on my end. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I understand that is a possibility. but as i already mentioned this was first done on a brand new account with a brand new email. only after multiple failed attempts did I move over to my previous account and try on there with my NEW email, that i replaced, and my password that has been changed. This data breach of old accounts seems to be a reoccurring theme in this community, seems like an internal issue needing fixed. this “old unused account” of mine has been logged into my trusted phone the entirety of having the account, and has been opened throughout the year, regardless if I havent posted an ad or bought an item it has been active. I will create a whole new account again with a whole new email again. and I will reach out from that account when the problem occurs again. Because once again as i said this occurred on my brand new account originally. So it being an old account issue is not realistic. I appreciate your response
I am reaching out from the same account because I came back on my new kijiji account to ask for further help, and was logged out and my topic deleted within 20 minutes. I have created a new account though, and continue to receive the “ad not posted please contact customer service” I’m aware that this is not the account with the issue, so Im not sure if you can privately reach out, or find the old thread with my new account to check what the issue is, because its obviously not something I can do on my end. Please this is my third account (not this one the new one) and my second brand new one. It has been done on different servers, wifi, and devices. I just want to post my ad. Thank you
