I need urgent assistance from Kijiji regarding a fraudulent rental listing.
Someone has listed my actual residence for rent without my permission or authorization:

I am the actual occupant/property owner of the address shown in this advertisement. The property is NOT available for rent and I did not create or authorize this listing.
This has now become a serious safety issue. Strangers who believe the property is available for rent have started coming to my home expecting to view the property.
I have already reported the listing through Kijiji’s reporting system multiple times, but the listing is still active.
I need this escalated to Kijiji’s Trust & Safety team and the listing removed as soon as possible.
I can provide proof that I reside at/own the property, screenshots of the listing, information about people who have contacted me or arrived at the property, and any other information required to verify the situation.
Please also preserve the account, listing, messages, contact information and other relevant records associated with Ad #1741218585, as I am reporting this situation to law enforcement.
This is not simply a suspected rental scam affecting a potential renter — the fraudulent advertisement is using my actual home and is causing unknown people to physically come to my residence.
Please let me know how I can provide the necessary documentation privately rather than posting personal information publicly.
I am sorry to hear the property was posted without your consent Justin. Unfortunately at this moment, the ad cannot be removed by us due to the ad was originally posted from a real estate professional partner site that was ported over to our platform. So we will contact our partner site, as soon as possible to have the ad removed on their platform, so that way the ad will subsequently be removed from Kijiji as well.
The listing was taken down only to be reposted within an hour! This is not okay.. just had more strangers show up to my house while I was at work due to Rhenti’s actions.. I wrote Rhenti and email and they didn’t answer.
Yes it’s a scam, I was able to take it down off of most websites such as Rhenti and kijiji but there is still a scammer impersonating themselves as Christine Murray that is continuing the scam.
