“Two retired seniors blocked — need help posting a winter sublet”

Hello @Rob and @Hassan,

My partner and I are two retired seniors (72 and 69 years old) who are trying to sublet our apartment for the winter so we can travel. We recently made a mistake: I posted our sublet ad from my account, and my partner posted the same ad from his account in a different area. We did not know this was not allowed — we did the same thing last year with no problems.

Now when I sign in, I see this message: “Action restricted — You’ve been signed out due to unusual activity. Contact us if you think we made a mistake.”

We are not realtors and we do not run a business. We are just two people who want to post ONE ad for our own apartment, as an Owner listing. We promise to use only one account and post only one ad from now on.

Could you please help us get one account restored so we can post our sublet? We are living off our pensions and really need to be able to rent our place for the winter.

Thank you so much for your understanding.
