- Any listings containing images of the above prohibited items, even if the item being sold is unrelated
Enforcement Note
Listings that reference, depict, or indirectly promote prohibited tobacco or vaping products may be removed regardless of intent.
2. Allowed Items (Limited Exceptions)
The following categories may be permitted, provided they do not contain tobacco or nicotine products and are not intended for consumption:
- Promotional or branded merchandise featuring tobacco company logos (e.g., hats, shirts, calendars)
- Collectible or memorabilia items related to tobacco brands, including posters and vintage materials
- Empty collectible packaging, provided it contains no tobacco residue or product content

All permitted items must be clearly free of consumable tobacco, nicotine, or vaping substances and must not be marketed for use with prohibited products.
