Review links e-mailed after a sale not working

is anyone else experiencing this problem? lately, when I complete a transaction and get the e-mail encouraging me to leave a review, when I click on the link in the e-mail I am not taken to a web page to leave a review. instead, I get redirected to the main kijiji home page. this has happened to me twice in recent weeks (so I was unable to leave a positive review for someone).

this is happening for me on all my browsers, desktop or mobile, so I don’t think it’s any kind of browser extension or ad-blocking problem. the links don’t even work for me if I try from another computer…so I feel like perhaps there’s some issue within kijiji and was wondering if it’s just my account or not.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue that prevents users from leaving reviews on both our web platform and Kijiji mobile apps.

I have good news - the issue with Reviews has been fixed.

Please try logging out of Kijiji and then logging back in.

Then change your ads marked as sold back to active and then back to sold again to restart the review process.
