If you’re having trouble receiving the password reset email, please first check all folders in your inbox, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Trash. Also ensure that our email domain (@kijiji.ca) is not listed in your Blocked Senders and has been added to your Safe Senders list in your email settings.
Please also make sure that:
- Your browser is fully up to date
- No firewall, VPN, browser extension, or email filter is blocking messages from Kijiji
To reset your password:
- Click the Sign In link at the top right corner of the page
- Select Forgot your password?
- Follow the instructions provided in the email to create a new password
Please note:
The password reset link remains valid for 15 minutes only. If the link expires, you will need to request a new one.

Still having issues?
If you have completed all the steps above and are still unable to sign in, our security systems may have temporarily restricted the login attempt. This can happen when access is detected from outside Canada or when certain activity patterns trigger additional security checks. These measures help us prevent thousands of fraudulent login attempts and protect our users and platform.
