I put up my ad. I paid the 1999 to post it. It went through took my money but did not post the ad. The ad is still un active and it is now asking me to pay for a second time. What do I do? what can I do? How do I get my ad to work when I already paid?
Unfortunately Jane, the Puppy For Rehoming ad was User Deleted on your end, shortly after posting, it was not deleted by us at all. For that reason, the system required payment again to post the very same puppy for rehoming ad.
Perhaps you may have deleted the ad by mistake during the editing process, I have gone head and reinstated the ad for you, it is now back live on our site.

I paid for my Kijiji ad and received a payment receipt, but the ad is showing as “Pending” and says I need to activate it. When I click Activate, I am being asked to pay again. I have already paid for this ad and do not want to be charged twice.
Please activate the existing ad using my original payment, or let me know how to resolve the pending status without making another payment. I can provide my payment receipt, transaction number, and ad ID.
Unfortunately the ad was deleted due to the ad encountered our Out Of Country filters hat prevents postings from outside of Canada or while using a VPN. So if I may ask? Are you currently outside of Canada or using a VPN?

I have reinstated the ad; however it is conditional, as long as you access the account when you are managing your posting without having your VPN enabled, your ad will remain active. However if you do login while the VPN is enabled, it may remove the ad again and we will not be able to restore the posting.
