My ad got removed due to the bread how do I get my money back?

There are many dogs, that while they are good breeds, can easily fall into the hands of bad owners or breeders. Due to animal welfare concerns, the following dog breeds are not permitted on Kijiji anywhere in Canada:
- Wolf Hybrid
- Pit Bull Terrier
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier (Staffy)
- American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff)
- American Pit Bull Terrier
- American Bully
- Any dog that is a mixed-breed of these breeds, and has the characteristics substantially similar to pitbulls.

As we cannot provide the proper screening and education required to the potential owners of these animals, Kijiji only accepts ads for these breeds posted by recognized animal shelters and rescues anywhere in Canada.
Any ad deleted for this reason triggers a refund of current fees.
This includes the Ad(s) below:
- Looking for home for my loving dog (#1741968580) in City of Toronto > Pets > Dogs & Puppies for Rehoming
You should get the funds back within 10 business days or less - usually much less.
If you do not see the refund within 10 business days please contact your credit card company to find out when the funds will be returned.
Please keep in mind the refund is a one time exception. If you continue to post your puppies you will not be refunded for future ads.
