Hi `@Rob`, `@Hassan`, and `@Moon_Moon`,

I’m facing issues posting an ad even though I’ve followed all the guidelines mentioned in the forum. When I try to post, I get the error: “Something went wrong - We were not able to update the listing. Please try again.”

**Details:**

- I’ve tried on both [kijiji website & app]
- I’m not using a VPN / ad blocker
- My browser/app is up to date
- I’ve checked all required fields
- Tried in different mobiles (iOS/Android)
- Tried in different browsers (Safari/Chrome)

Could an admin please look into my account and help me resolve this? Thank you!
