Fraudulent transaction

Hello,
I would like to report a transaction that I suspect is fraudulent.
I purchased an item from a verified Kijiji seller. We agreed on a 50% payment before shipping and 50% upon receipt. After receiving my payment, he deleted the listing and no longer responds.
Since then, despite several messages, I have not received any reply. (Yes, I know, I trust people too easily.)
