We are certainly going to look into the user and investigate them fully as a precaution. If you could please just provide us the masked email ID they contacted you from? However Monalisa, I would like to also bring to your attention that if you do not feel safe with this user or any particular user, you can certainly block them from contacting you through the Kijiji Mobile App, by just simply swiping left in the conversation thread and clicking Block.
