I posted an add and paid for it not realizing that there are restrictions since I was posting for my elderly aunt. I would like to edit the ad and add a dollar amount or request a refund so I can repost it correctly and obide by your policies.

I reviewed your ad and found that it is currently on hold because it does not comply with our Pet Posting Policy.

Pet ads cannot be listed as free or contain the word “free” anywhere in the listing.

Your ad has not been removed—it is simply on hold while you update it. Please edit the listing by:

  • Adding a valid rehoming fee.
  • Removing any references to the pet being “free.”

Once you’ve made those changes, your ad will be reviewed again.
