Hello Kijiji Support, I just purchased a Top Ad promotion by mistake for the wrong listing. The promotion was purchased only a short time ago, and I would like to cancel it and request a full refund to my original payment method. Ad ID: 24 Brown Plastic Floor Vent Registers - Good Condition Order/Reference Number: c013ca72-88dc-4da3-bc12-39e9da2114cf I have not intentionally used the promotion and would appreciate your help in cancelling it and refunding the payment. As a one-time courtesy, due to the feature was just purchased a little while ago, we will remove the Top Ad feature and provide you with a full refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to fully reflect. ---
