# Posted ad for concert tickets - ad marked inactive

I put in an ad for tickets to the Backstreet Boys concert in Toronto. I gave all the details including row, seats, price, but the ad keeps being marked as inactive. I even added a photo of the purchased tickets from Ticketmaster. Please can someone help me?

Thank you for reaching out.

I understand your frustration with your Backstreet Boys concert ticket ad being marked as inactive.

Under Ontario’s ticket resale regulations, all ticket listings must include a clear image showing the original purchase price (face value) of the tickets.

While you’ve already uploaded a photo of your Ticketmaster tickets, the image must clearly display the original ticket price. Simply including the seat numbers, row, and asking price in your ad is not sufficient.

Please edit your listing and upload a clear screenshot of your Ticketmaster purchase confirmation or receipt showing the original ticket price.

Once you’ve added the required image, your listing can be reviewed again. If the original purchase price is not clearly visible, the ad will continue to be placed on hold.
